The Wine
West Fisher Winery is a boutique English wine producer, renowned for its diverse range of still and sparkling wines. They produce white, red, and rosé wines, alongside their English sparkling wine. In addition to their wines, they craft traditional scrumpy cider and a selection of liqueurs, including popular raspberry, cassis, lemon, and coffee flavours.Operating as a winery rather than a vineyard, West Fisher sources its grapes from various esteemed UK vineyards across Surrey, Kent, East & West Sussex, Hampshire, Wiltshire, and Hertfordshire. This allows them to produce between 7,500 and 10,000 bottles annually. The winery also engages in contract winemaking for smaller producers. A notable aspect of their production is their commitment to natural winemaking, with all their wines being 100% natural and containing minimal sulphite levels.
