The Wine
Valley Farm Vineyards produces a range of award-winning, single-estate still and sparkling wines. Their specialisation includes elegant still white wines, rosé, sparkling white, and sparkling rosé. They cultivate five grape varieties, including Madeleine Angevine, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir, which contribute to the distinctive character of their wines such as the acclaimed Madeleine Angevine and the English sparkling rosé "Sundancer".The vineyard’s wines have received notable recognition. In 2016, their 2015 Madeleine Angevine was awarded Gold at the UKVA Competition. More recently, in 2020, their English sparkling "Sundancer" 2015 earned a Silver medal at the International Wines and Spirits Competition (IWSC), marking their first international accolade. While Valley Farm Vineyards meticulously grows its grapes, they collaborate with winemakers at Knightor to craft their final products.
The vineyard is committed to sustainable viticultural practices suited to their local micro-climate and soil. Their dedication to sustainability is evident in their operations, including the use of solar-powered energy for their on-site 'Cabin-in-the-Vines' accommodation.
