The Wine

Strawberry Hill Vineyard produces a diverse range of still and sparkling wines, including still white, sparkling white, still rosé, sparkling rosé, and still red varieties. They cultivate grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Siegerrebe, and Orion. A unique aspect of their viticulture involves pioneering the growing of vines under glass, creating a protected climate less susceptible to weather inconsistencies, alongside outdoor plantings. The vineyard has received recognition for its wines, including a Silver medal at the prestigious 2012 Decanter World Wine Awards for their Premier Sparkling 2008. It is important to note that the wines are made off-site at the nearby Three Choirs Vineyard.
