The Wine
Sixteen Ridges produces a diverse portfolio of English wines, including Red, White, Rosé, and Sparkling varieties. Key grape varieties cultivated include Pinot Noir, Seyval Blanc, and Bacchus. [16, Search from previous step - 2] Their innovative spirit extends to exploring lesser-known varieties like Madeleine Muscaris and producing unique styles such as a Lower Alcohol Chardonnay and a Beaujolais-style Néos Pinot Noir.
