Quob Park Estate is dedicated to producing Exceptional English Sparkling Wines, harvested from its own 40 acres of vineyards set within a 170-acre Natural Clos. Their portfolio includes a range of sparkling styles such as Classic Cuvée, Rosé Cuvée, Blanc de Blancs, Brut Nature, Extra Brut, and Demi-Sec, catering to diverse palates. The primary grape varieties grown and used are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.The estate also produces still wines, including their award-winning white wine, 'Oh Deer!'. Quality is central to Quob Park’s philosophy, with winemaking targeting Champagne standards and using time-honored techniques.
