The Wine

Quob Park Estate is dedicated to producing Exceptional English Sparkling Wines, harvested from its own 40 acres of vineyards set within a 170-acre Natural Clos. Their portfolio includes a range of sparkling styles such as Classic Cuvée, Rosé Cuvée, Blanc de Blancs, Brut Nature, Extra Brut, and Demi-Sec, catering to diverse palates. The primary grape varieties grown and used are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.

The estate also produces still wines, including their award-winning white wine, 'Oh Deer!'. Quality is central to Quob Park’s philosophy, with winemaking targeting Champagne standards and using time-honored techniques. The estate features its own winery where its English Sparkling Wine is made. Quob Park emphasizes vineyard expression, with their unique mix of chalk to clay soils contributing to the wines' distinct character.
