The Wine
Humbleyard produces a diverse portfolio of both still and sparkling English wines from grapes grown on their 8-acre vineyard, planted in 2010. Their white varieties include Bacchus, Solaris, Chardonnay, Reichensteiner, and Sauvignon Blanc, while red varieties feature Rondo, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Cortis. The sparkling wines, including White Cuvée, Brut Rosé, Prestige Cuvée, and Vantage Rose, are crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation and ageing taking place at Wiston Estate Winery in West Sussex. Their still wines, which encompass varietals like Bacchus, Solaris, Cascade, and oaked Chardonnay, are produced at Shawsgate in Suffolk.
