The Wine

Holy Vale Vineyard focuses on still wines, primarily from grape varieties suited to their unique micro-climate on the Isles of Scilly. The vineyard is planted with 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Gris. They produce a range of fine wines, including Rosé, Silver Carn Chardonnay, Silver Carn Pinot Gris, and Holy Vale Pinot Noir Classic and Reserve. The vineyard operates its own winery, cleverly converted from an old barn, and produced its first vintage of wines in 2014.
