Easing Hill Vineyard specialises in producing sparkling, still white, and still rosé wines, with a sparkling Demi-Sec and a sparkling Rosé also available. The wines are crafted predominantly from Seyval Blanc, Phoenix, and Regent grape varieties. All grapes are meticulously hand-picked from the vineyard's naturally grown vines. While the grapes are grown on site, the winemaking process takes place at the local Three Choirs Vineyard, located just 21 miles away. The sparkling wines are produced using the traditional method, ensuring quality and character.The vineyard is deeply committed to sustainable practices.
