The Wine

Corston Vineyard Estate, trading as Minerva Wine, produces a range of wines including an acclaimed sparkling wine, a tranquil still white, and a delicious rosé. Their flagship Minerva Sparkling Wine has received notable recognition, winning a Decanter Award in 2023. Additionally, the Minerva 2019 Vintage Classic Cuvée sparkling wine was awarded Gold at the Taste of the West awards in 2024.

The vineyard's winemaking process involves a collaboration with award-winning winemaker Emma Rice, with the grapes being blended and produced at Hattingley Valley Wines. This means that while the grapes are grown at Corston, the actual wine production takes place off-site.

Corston Vineyard Estate is committed to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in its viticulture, reviving the land where Romans once cultivated vines and aiming to build a sustainable future for the community. They are listed as an Eco-Friendly establishment.
