The Wine

Bow in the Cloud Vineyard produces both still and sparkling wines. The vineyard cultivates Bacchus, Seyval Blanc, and Schönburger grape varieties, with a recent experimental planting of Pinot Noir. Production is intentionally small, typically yielding around 2,000 bottles of still wine annually, which are primarily sold locally.

The vineyard's commitment to quality is recognised, with their 2021 Bacchus having received a Silver Award at the WineGB 2022 Awards.

Bow in the Cloud aims for sustainable practices with minimal environmental impact, refraining from using pesticides in the vineyard. The wines are hand-crafted in small batches, and the winemaking process is handled by Litmus Wines.
